Our Services

Standing Seam Metal Roofing

We specialize in 24 gauge mechanical standing seam metal roofing systems. Our folded and locked techniques are designed per your needs. Single locked and double locked mechanical standing seam metal roofs allow for a better non penetrating hold between your standing seam panels and your s-5 clamps. The clamps that hold most metal solar panels and snow retention systems in Colorado.

Chimney Repair

Custom chimney caps. What sets us apart is the ability to double lock a vent pipe onto the chimney cap, without the need for exposed screws. We also offer this service on roof penetrations!

Parapet Wall Cap Metal

Our experience allows us to choose from many many many different cap / coping metal techniques to keep water from entering your parapet wall. We also do radius, convex, and concave cap.

Louver Ventilations

Each louver vent is made to size. A bug and insect mesh is added to the back to keep rodents from entering your attic. Different sizes and many different shapes can be made upon request. Special modifications can easily be made to louver design per architectural specifications and ventilation needs.

 S-5 Snow Retention System

It is recommended six to twelve inches from the eave to avoid an avalanche of snow above high traffic areas. Seventeen through twenty-one newton meters of torque is recommended.

 Garage Door Trim

Whether you have twenty feet high garage doors or want to avoid wood swelling or painting maintenance around your garage door, 24 gauge metal is a good option around your doors.

 Standing seam fixed clips

We proudly announce the fabrication of our clips, used to hold down our mechanically seamed 1-1/2" height panels in 24 gauge. off-setting our carbon footprint, one clip at a time, from our left-over material. Pre-painted material instead of galvanized

 On-Site Roll-Forming Services

We offer our mechanical standing seam panel in a sixteen inch width, with a custom length to fit your needs. The seam on our panel is 1-1/2" tall. 24 or 26 gauge panel also comes with "clip relief" (raised creases) on the edge to allow concealed screw clips underneath, to remain hidden, and also helps with thermal movement. You have the option of imprinting two "bead ribs" in the middle to help with oil canning. The mechanical seam panel holds a higher wind rating due to its mechanically seamed nature. The mechanical standing seam panel is also a preferred metal roof system, due to its ability to inter-lock with both panels on a seam while installing the non penetrating screws on the S-5 clamps, that are used to hold solar panels and snow retention systems. The mechanical panel can be locked once or twice, depending on the pitch angle of your roof. The lowest pitch that is recommended is 1.5/12 pitch roof, but some specs allow a 0.5/12 pitch roof with certain measures and techniques applied.

Emergency Repairs

Most of our repair work has been addressed within 24 hours. We have the means to temporarily seal or fasten structure from further damage. Different building components call for certain fasteners that use technology to our advantage. Whether you're fastening into thick vintage steel or cor-ten metal, iron, concrete, wood, and rubber in some cases.

Self Adhesive High Temp Underlayment

A proper surface is required for a good looking roof. Pictures show self sealing products used to seal the screw, penetrating through the wood. Once the screw touches the tar based underlayment, it spins the tar, gum like material, into the wood, around the hole, the screw created to attach the metal clips, hidden underneath the female rib of the standing seam panel. Certain practices and products help with condensation, and different temperature changes in our environment. We also offer high fire resistant metal roofs exceeding new building codes around high fire risk areas.
